1. Return Eligibility Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Vault. You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

2. Conditions for Returns
To ensure the integrity of our products, all returned items must be in pristine, unworn condition, with all original protective materials intact:

  • Unworn & Unused: Items must show no signs of wear, use, or damage. This includes no scuffs on bags, no tarnishing on jewelry, and no alteration of any kind.
  • Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original branded boxes, dust bags, gift boxes, and packaging, including authenticity cards, tags, and certificates. Packaging is considered an integral part of the product.
  • Tags Attached: All original tags (e.g., price tags, leather tags) must be securely attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

3. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and due to the personal nature of certain items, the following are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any item that has been worn, used, or shows any sign of wear and tear.
  • Items with missing or damaged tags, authenticity cards, or serial numbers.
  • Products not returned in their original, protective packaging (e.g., dust bags, gift boxes).
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions or marked as “Final Sale.”

4. The Return Process (Required Steps)

  • Step 1: Request Authorization: To initiate a return, you must first contact our Customer Service team at order@lloen.shopto receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Step 2: Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include all components. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as The Vault is not liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • Step 3: Inspection & Refund: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at order@lloen.shop Photographic evidence will be required for us to promptly resolve the issue.

6. Disclaimer
The Vault takes great care to represent our products accurately through photography and descriptions. However, we are not liable for minor variations in color or texture due to monitor settings or the natural characteristics of materials like leather and gemstones. Returns based on subjective preferences are subject to the standard eligibility conditions above.
