Scope: This policy applies to all orders shipped by our company to addresses within the United States and its territories. All packages are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses.

This policy outlines the shipping timelines and fees based on your shipping destination.

1. Continental United States
Includes: All 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C.

Shipping Fees:

  • FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50.
  • A flat rate of $5.99 for standard shipping on orders under $50.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: 7 business days (orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our overseas warehouse).
  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may be extended by 2–3 business days.

2. U.S. Territories & Remote Islands
Includes: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), and other remote islands.

Shipping Fees:

  • A flat rate of $24.99 for standard shipping. Free shipping thresholds do not apply.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days (orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from our overseas warehouse).
  • Deliveries to extremely remote areas may require additional time, and coverage cannot be fully guaranteed. Please contact customer service to confirm feasibility before ordering.

3. Universal Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of error on our part.

  • Customers in remote U.S. territories must contact customer service for a return label (starting at $25). Exchanges are recommended where possible.
  • A prepaid return label will be provided for returns due to our error.
